I can't find the orders I've placed on your previous website, where can I view them?

You may find the detailed order confirmations in your email inbox. If you are still unable to locate an order, please contact our customer service and we will access your orders for you.

I can't find an item, is it still available?
It's possible the item may have moved to a new category. First, try searching by entering the items name in the search box at the top right of our website. You may also ask us by using any of our contact methods found here.

I don't see an option to choose which color I want, where do I select this?
If an item does not give you the drop-down option to select a color, this item is sold in a random assortment. Your item will be randomly selected from the stock that we have available during the fulfillment of your order. 
 
When will an out of stock item be available for purchase again?
We work closely with our suppliers to bring you the most current arrival estimate, and we update the product’s description with this information. If you’d like to be notified by email as soon as a product is available for purchase again, click the "Notify me when available" button located under the product’s description.
You can choose to receive an email when the item is back in stock.
 
When should I expect to get my order?
Most orders that are placed Monday through Friday ship out within 48 hours.  For a detailed estimation on when you should expect your order please see our Shipping & Returns page. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a FedEx email containing your tracking number. If you did not receive a tracking email, please contact our customer service.
 
Did my order go through?
When an order has been successfully processed you will see information similar to the illustration below. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address entered in your billing information.

Where can I find all of the orders that I have placed with Premier Designs Incentives?
At the top of any page, click on your name in the pink banner. Under the “My account” tab in the left margin, click on “Orders” to view all your orders. 
**If the order was placed prior to July 1st, 2014 on our previous website, you will need to contact our customer service team and we can provide you with a complete order history.
