Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Where we ship:
We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and military addresses.
FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Listing a P.O. Box as the shipping address will delay the shipping date of your package.

Our shipping methods:

Orders going to all 50 states and Puerto Rico will be shipped through FedEx. Orders that qualify for free ground shipping will be shipped by FedEx Ground, or by FedEx SmartPost (with final delivery being made by the United States Postal Service).
Orders going to a military address will be shipped through USPS.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are determined by the delivery address and the method of shipping you choose. You will be prompted to select your shipping method during checkout. We do not have any handling fees.

FedEx Delivery Schedule:
FedEx Ground delivers Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Express delivers Monday through Friday. FedEx SmartPost delivers Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Schedule:
Non-Express orders placed Monday through Thursday are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Non-Express orders placed Friday through Sunday are usually shipped within 72 hours. Express orders are given FREE in-house processing priority and will ship the same business day if order was placed before 1pm CST, or will ship the next business day if order was placed after 1pm CST.
**Orders containing Business Cards or T-shirts are subject to an additional 48-72 business hours processing time. Please contact us with any questions.

Use the following information to obtain an estimated arrival day:

FedEx Ground Home Delivery packages are generally delivered from one to four business days from when the package is shipped.
FedEx Next Day packages are generally delivered the following business day from when the package is shipped.
FedEx 2nd Day packages are generally delivered two business days from when the package is shipped.
FedEx SmartPost packages are generally delivered two to seven business days from when the package is shipped.

Use the following information to obtain an estimated arrival day for Puerto Rico and military address orders.

USPS Non-Priority to Puerto Rico: 7-14 Days.                                                                                                                 USPS Non-Priority to Hawaii: 7-14 Business Days.
USPS packages to a military address: 7-14 days.
**Please Note** Due to the various methods of transportation used, military transit times vary and in rare cases may take up to 45 days to be delivered.

RETURNS POLICY:

You have 30 days from the date the merchandise was received to return the product(s) due to manufacturer’s defects.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges, unless the product was damaged or defective or the wrong item was shipped. All other items returned will be credited back to the original purchasing credit card (excluding shipping charges).

You may return merchandise purchased at PremierDesignsIncentives.com by mail or to our location in Flower Mound. All return merchandise must be in original, unused condition.

How do I return an item?

  1. At the top of any page, click on your jeweler number in the pink banner. Under “My account” in the left margin, click on “Orders.” 
  2. All orders that are within the 30 day return period will have a "Return Item(s)" option.
  3. Select the quantity you are returning, the reason you are returning your item(s) and the action you would like to take. Either a refund or replacement.
  4. Once we have reviewed your return request, you will receive an email authorizing your return and additional information.
  5. If asked to return your item, repack all contents in the original packaging. Important: Some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set in order to receive a replacement or refund.
  6. Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package.
  7. Use the return address provided in the email or below and take the packaged item with your return form enclosed to a carrier of your choice.

Optional: Premier Designs Incentives is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so you may choose to insure your package for the full value of the return merchandise.

If you are returning an item that was purchased using a gift card, the return amount will be refunded back to that gift card. If you no longer have the gift card, please contact Premier Designs Incentives Customer Service at 1 (877) 355-3285 to request that a new gift card be issued.

We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 2-5 days from the time we receive your return for a refund to be issued or replacement(s) to be sent. Refunds usually post to a credit card within 72 hours of being processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original purchasing credit card (excluding shipping charges).
